Beth has 40 years experience in hand therapy in all sorts of settings. She brings this wealth of experience to everything she does in a gentle and thoughtful manner.

IS MENTORING RIGHT FOR YOU?
Working in remote or rural settings, in public health or private clinic, often means you don't have access to experienced hand therapists. There are often times in practice when specific cases come up or you face recurring difficulty with certain diagnoses or injuries. These are when an experienced pair of eyes (and brain) can be invaluable.
Mentoring gives you that. Mentoring is tailored for your specific situation and needs. Mentoring gives you the back up you need, helps you problem solve, prioritise and plan for treatment and reduces the second guessing that happens inside us.

How it works
Pre-Mentoring Questionnaire & Initial Consult
Before any mentoring sessions are booked, we start with a questionnaire and complimentary consult to work out a program that really fits what you need.
Once we've found that, and we've both decided to go ahead, you'll have the opportunity to book your sessions and jump into mentoring. Your options are a single focus session or series of four sessions. The choice is yours!
Mentoring Session Options
You have a few options for mentoring packages. The initial consultation with Beth will help you to work out what you need to book. Your options are:
30 min Focus Session: Designed for drilling down to the nitty gritty and blitzing a solution or plan.
Four x 1hr Mentoring Sessions: These are one on one sessions with Beth hosted online. They are interactive and individualised based on your needs.
Tailored Resources Developed just for You
Beth will provide custom made resources to help you in your learning. These can be treatment guides, recommended articles, splinting tutorials or webinars that will fast track your skill development.
All mentees also have email access to Beth for when the "emergency" situation arises or you just need to run options by someone, to get out of your own head.
Hi I'm Beth
From the very beginning of my career I've loved hand therapy. This is such a unique area of practice. I love that physios and OTs can bring different ways of thinking and great skills to hand therapy for the benefit of each other and our clients.
My career in hands has been incredibly rich and long. Now I get the chance to nurture others. I'd love to join with you on your journey of growth, of honing your clinical reasoning and building confidence to become an even more skilful hand therapist.

Do you have a payment plan?
It's super easy to set one up if you need it however full payment is needed prior to commencing your program. Just get in touch.
What technology do I need?
Super simple. You need an internet connection, and either a computer, or a portable device such as a smartphone or tablet.
Will I get access to Beth in between sessions for questions?
Sure thing! Beth can be contactable by email anytime.
How much does this program cost?
A single Focus Session is $150. The four mentoring sessions package is $899
Is scheduling flexible?
Yes absolutely. You get to book your sessions when suits you. If you need alternate times, just email Beth to organise this.
What if I start and it's not quite right?
One of the reasons for the initial consult is to work out if we are the right fit for mentoring. Once you've decided to go ahead, full payment is required. If something out of the ordinary happens and you can't continue your mentoring sessions, all you need to do is contact Beth.

Group Mentoring
Are you working in a team where you are looking for outside expertise? Are you feeling stale and tired when it comes to in house training? Do you and your team need a boost?
Group training is a great option. A program can be developed which is customised for your team and can be a mix of webinar teaching, Q&A sessions or one on one mentoring. You get to design your own training!
